our traditional italian BREAD comes from Exeter Street Bakery. We mainly use ciabatta, stirato (a bread stick with crust) and pugliese (from Puglia, a big loaf with dark, crunchy crust).
We get our Spanish delicatessen from Brindisa www.brindisa.com:
CHORIZO= spicy spanish porc sausage, we only use Alejandro fresco, from the Rioja region, without any artificial additives-only pork, paprika, salt and garlic. the main oil we use is a blend of northern and southern spanish extra virgin OLIVE OIL, produced by Casa Pons and imported by Brindisa.
OLIVES= we use Spanish Manzanilla olives and marinate them with garlic, orange, and herbs in olive oil.
PIQUILLO= wood roasted special pepper from Navarra, Spain, a little bit spicy.
